Betty Lorraine Winder, 73, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, in Snowflake. She was born Oct. 22, 1934, in Vernal, Utah, to Glenn Mower Bills and Della Dennison Bills.
Betty married her high school sweetheart, Wallace Grant Winder. They have been together for 58 years and married for 56 years. She was a "perfect" wife and mother to everyone "There was no child she did not love."
She is survived by her husband, Wallace Grant Winder; her children, Donald (Cherl) Winder, Debra (Daniel) Mick, Anita (Manuel) Gonzales, Curtis (Sylvia) Winder, Tessie (Lance) Sipma, Laura Brewer, Kenneth Winder Sr., Della (Daniel) Harbison, Cindy Winder, Darrell Winder and Michael (Sara) Winder; and 54 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by daughter Rhonda K. Winder.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m. at the Snowflake Stake Center, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, West 9th St., with a viewing at the church and at Owens Livingston Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19th South, Snowflake.
Arrangements were handled by Owens Livingston Mortuary Heritage Chapel in Snowflake.
