Edna Alyene Chisum Small, 67, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008, at the Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff with her husband at her side. She was born Dec. 27, 1940, in San Jon, N.M., to Edgar and Altha Leatha Bletcher Chisum. Edna was a very caring and loving wife.
Edna worked as a gas station and convenience store clerk for many years and has made Holbrook her home during her adult life.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick Palmer Small of Holbrook; two nieces, Della (Martin) Tavarez and Donna Farrow; and her extended family members, Allyn and Alex Tavarez, Anthony (Trista) Farrow, Daniel Farrow and Brody Farrow.
A visitation was held Thursday, Sept. 18, with funeral services at the Owens Livingston Mortuary, Holbrook Chapel, 409 N. 1st. Ave., in Holbrook. Private family inurnment followed.
