Mary Helen Lockhart, 77, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 3, 1928, in East Chicago, Ind., died Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2006, in Prescott, Ariz.

A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.  In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
