WILLIS, Billie (Special Angel) Lewis

Billie "Special Angel" Lewis Willis went home with God July 21, 2008, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born March 19, 1940, in Owl Creek, Wyo.

Billie loved fishing and driving his tow truck. He loved everyone and touched so many lives wherever he went.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Darnell; two sisters, Donna (Skotty), Marilyn (Bud); brother Paul (Darlene) in Wyo.; one son Anthony; and three grandsons in Alaska.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Danny, sister Irene and daughter Amanda.

Billie donated his body to science care. A memorial will be held at the Assembly of God in Springerville at 11 a.m. Monday, July 28.
