Visitation Sunday, January 11, 2004, at Preston Funeral Home, 3800 S. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ. Services were held on Monday, January 12, 2004 at Bethesda Community Baptist Church, 907 E. Jones, Phoenix, AZ. Preston Funeral Home serving the family.
