The East Valley Tribune March 31, 2005 CONKLIN, Susan DeMoss Susan DeMoss Conklin, 56, of Phoenix, passed away March 28, 2005. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Sceola and Lyle DeMOSS. She is survived by her husband, Art Haduch, daughter, Brittany Conklin and her brother, Phillip, as well as countless caring friends and loved ones. Services were held at University Presbyterian Church, 139 E. Alameda Drive in Tempe.
