Margaret O. Greer, 80, passed away on January 13, 2004, in Phoenix. 

Survivors are daughters Lenice D. Johnson (Bert) and Valerie A. Walker (Lawrence); 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. 

Margaret was the owner and operator of Town & Country Day School for 20 years. 

Funeral services will be at Green Acres Chapel of Light Monday, Jan. 19, 2004 with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. (480) 945-26
