HERMAN, Richard (Dick)

Richard "Dick" G. Herman, 76, of Scottsdale, died peacefully on January 10, 2004. 

Served in the U.S. Army, WW II veteran. Retired from St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, he was a lifelong member of the National Association of Social Workers. He will be fondly remembered and missed by relatives, co-workers and friends. 

A Memorial Mass was held Sat. January 17, 2004, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 7655 E. Main St., Scottsdale. Interment will be in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix 85014. Life-Paths Funeral Home of Scottsdale assisted the family.
