The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ August 18, 2008 Eugene L. Millett, 76, died Aug. 12, 2008, in Glendale. He was born Sept. 5, 1931, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Eugene proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked as a barber for 40 years and with his daughters under the name of "Gene Millett & Daughters." Gene will be greatly missed. He will be reunited with his beloved wife, Donna Millett, who passed away in 2001. He is survived by his daughters, Annette (Dan) Humes and Stephanie (David) McMullen, both of St. Johns; brothers Darrel and Donald; sisters Phyllis and Lois; and 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Eugene was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; brother David; and grandson Kevin Humes. Graveside services were held Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Westside Cemetery in St. Johns with a visitation at Burnham Mortuary of St. Johns. Burnham Mortuary of St. Johns handled arrangements
