The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, December 09, 2010 Dorothy P. Murray, 88, of Prescott, Ariz., born Nov. 8, 1922, in Madisonville, Texas, passed away Dec. 8, 2010. A celebration of life will be noon Dec. 13, 2010, with visitation one hour before. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott. The family suggests memorials to Hospice Family Care, 100 E. Sheldon, Suite 100, Prescott, AZ 86301. Murray was born on Nov. 8, 1922, in Madisonville, Texas. She went to be with her Lord on Dec. 8, 2010, in Prescott, Ariz., with her adoring husband of 64 years, Bill, and her devoted daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Ronnie, by her side. She is also survived by son and daughter-in-law Michael and Sandra of Colorado, daughter-in-law Barbara of Illinois; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren, Tan, Amy (and husband Chriss), and sons Tye and Wyatt, JW and daughter Emma, Nate (and wife Crystal), and kids Kira and Hawken, all of Arizona; Autumn (and husband Michael) and kids Eli and Sara of Illinois; Matt (and wife Dawn) and son Aidan of California; Chris and kids Krystal and Brandon, and Lorna (and husband Michael) of Colorado. She was preceded in death by son Larry of Illinois. Dot loved her family with all her heart. Every Sunday she'd round up as many as possible for a big family breakfast at her favorite restaurant. She will be deeply missed by both family and friends. A visitation will be 11 a.m. Dec. 13, 2010, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral home, with funeral and graveside service to follow.
