RIDER-WEBB, Garrett Brannan


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ December 10, 2010 Garrett Brannan Rider-Webb, 19, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2010 near Vernon. He was born Oct. 19, 1991, in Springerville to Hillary Rider. Garrett loved baseball, bull riding, hunting, riding horses, tennis and fishing. He also enjoyed music and drawing. He loved being surrounded by his family and friends and through his amazing sense of humor, kept everyone laughing. After staying strong throughout cancer treatments and beating cancer, he looked forward to starting college in January. Garrett is survived by his mother, Hillary Rider, father Tray (Melissa) Webb, brothers Cody and Cade Webb, Trenton York, sisters: Elisabeth, Katherine and Olivia Webb, Paige York, grandmother Karen Rider and great grandmother Verde Rider and his fiancé Moyca Postrak. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Sgt. Chris S. Rider. A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at Burnham Mortuary in Eagar. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at First Southern Baptist Church, Springerville. Interment will follow the funeral services at the Eagar Cemetery.
