Doris Ternosky, 88, of Prescott, Ariz., born Jan. 22, 1922, in Gaylord, Minn., passed away Dec. 9, 2010, at Flagstaff Medical Center.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 13, 2010, at Bob Stump VA Chapel, Prescott, Ariz. 

Burial with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 13, 2010, at the National Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek, Phoenix, Ariz. Memorials may be made to Patient Activity Fund, Bob Stump VAMC, 500 Highway 89, Prescott, AZ 86313.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
