Turn left on the 276 and follow it to the campgrounds. Look for signs. ~~~~~~~~~ The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ June 16, 2008 Laura Lee Brady, 39, died June 11, 2008, at her home in Lakeside. Laura was born Nov. 11, 1968, in Missoula, Mont., to Larry and Ruth (Schwarz) Smith. She moved from Montana to Arizona in December 1968. She worked for many years as a heart monitor tech at different hospitals around the state. Laura married Patrick Brady in 2006 in Lakeside where they made their home. Laura loved camping and the outdoors. She was a wonderful wife and mother. She passed away in her sleep; the battle is over and now she can rest in peace. She is survived by her husband, Patrick; daughter Michelle; stepsons Shawn and Nick; parents Larry and Ruthie Smith of Lakeside; brother David of Alaska; sister Danielle of Tucson; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
