GHAN, Constance Sue (Conni)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, December 11, 2010 Constance Sue Reed Ghan passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, Dec. 8, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She fought a battle with cancer with faith, humor and dignity. Conni's life was defined by her devotion to her family. She lived her life in the moment and was famous for her amazing creative parties. Her joy, mischievousness and sense of humor enriched the lives of all who knew her. Highlights of her life were her love for the ocean, baking, shopping with her girls and being there for all. Survivors include her husband Tom Ghan; daughters Courtney, Chelsea and Claire; her "other girls," Sadie, Bambi and Luna; mother and stepfather Georgia and Bert Gilbert; grandmother Mildred Loveall; siblings Cynthia Reed-Salk, Brad Reed, Marie Reed; and all her beloved nieces and nephews. Her brother Brian Reed, father Stanley Reed and grandfather Charles Loveall preceded her in death. You are invited to celebrate Conni's life with her family 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church located, 2000 Shepherds Lane, Prescott, Ariz. Conni's husband, Tom, has spent the last year caring for his wonderful wife, unable to work.
