Bernice Dianne (Hargrove) Sullivan, 56, beloved mother, daughter, and sister, of Phoenix passed away on January 13, 2004. 

She was born in Murray, KY on January 17, 1947. 

She is survived by her mother, Annie, Phoenix; sister, Lida, Scottsdale; son, Patrick, Prescott, daughter, Teresa, Chandler, nephew, Jeremy, Scottsdale. 

Bernice was employed by Washington High School cafeteria for over ten years. No services to be held.
