Dr. Robert Theodore Onischuk, D.O., 66, died Sunday, May 25, 2008, in Show Low. He was born June 11, 1941, in Lester, Pa., to Samuel and Lottie Onischuk. He enjoyed his friends at the R.V. Park and Discovery Center.

Robert is survived by five children, Debbie, David, Holly, Robbie and Carey.
