HEATHMAN, Thomas Warren

Thomas Warren Heathman, 80, of Phoenix AZ, passed away March 21, 2001. 

Born October 17, 1920 in St. Louis, Missouri, he moved to Phoenix in 1964. 

Mr. Heathman was retired from the U.S. Air Force and Lockheed Aircraft. 

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; four sons: Ken, Bill, Gary and David Heathman; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Heathman; and grandchildren: Adrienne, Rebecca, Scott and John Heathman. 

Visitation was Sunday, March 25th, 2001, at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home, 5921 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix. Graveside services were Monday, March 26th at Resthaven West Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix.
