ALLEN, Robert O.

Robert O. Allen, 74, of Scottsdale, died March 19, 2001 in Scottsdale, AZ formerly of Omaha, NE where he owned and operated Allen Heating & Air Conditioning for many years. 

A veteran of WWII he served in the Navy and was the recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Catholic Church, VFW and American Legion in Scottsdale, Holy Cross-Catholic Church and the Cosmopolitan Club in Omaha. 

Preceded in death by his wife Loretta in November of 2000 and one sister Joyce Craig, he is survived by two daughters Kathleen Ann Allen-Greim of Alpharetta, Georgia, Robin P. Allen and one son Jeffrey L. Allen both of Scottsdale, AZ, two brothers, Jim of Tucson, AZ and Verlon of Omaha and four grandchildren, Jessica and Adam Greim, and Kaitlin and Emma Allen. 

Visitation was Sunday March 25th, 2001, at Heafey-Heafey & Hoffman in Omaha, NE with funeral Mass Monday at Holy Cross-Catholic Church in Omaha. Memorial contributions may be made to M. D. Anderson Cancer Center P.O. Box 297153, Houston, TX 77297
