CONNER, W. T.

Rev. W.T. Conner of Phoenix, AZ passed away to be with his Lord and Savior January 13, 2004. 

Born November 25, 1928 in Shamrock, TX, he dedicated his life to serving the Lord and was the Founding Pastor of First Baptist Bible Church in Phoenix, serving for 41 years. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Lula Conner and family. Daughter Leanne Vessey (Mike), Grand-daughters Jane Smith (Brad) & Jennifer Mathes (Steve), Great-grandchildren, Madison, Garrett & Taylor, his sisters Reba Hill & Maurice Elsom. 

Services were held on Saturday, January 17, 2004. Visitation and Funeral Services at the former home of the First Baptist Bible Church, 4232 W. Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ. Interment to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn. Arrangements by Best Funeral Services.
