He was born May 23, 1914 in Drew, Ontario, Canada. He has been a resident of Arizona since 1947. He is survived by his wife, Ruby F. Arthurs, of Wickenburg; two sons, Ronald Arthurs, of Bagdad and Dallas Bobie, of Prescott; two daughters Doreen Hudson and Doris Newton, both of Wickenburg; one brother, John Arthurs, of Mt. Forest, Ontario, Canada; one sister, Valetta Shannnon, of Harriston, Ontario, Canada; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Arthurs came to the United States in 1947 and worked for the Bagdad Copper Company. After retiring in 1978, he moved to Skull Valley, living there nine years, and then relocated to Wickenburg last year. Memorial services were March 25 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, Pastor Jim Beasley, officiating. Arrangements were made by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
