ANGEL, Omer James

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 2, 1987, page 9 Omer James Angel, 67, of Yarnell, died March 25 in Maryvale Samaritan Hospital, Phoenix. He was born in 1920 in Heavner, Okla. Angel moved to Arizona from Oklahoma in 1940. He is survived by his wife, Helene Angel, of Yarnell; three daughters, Joyce Sergent, of Phoenix, Debra Williams, of Glendale and Carol Ann Angel, of California and one son, Ronald Angel, of North Highlands, Calif. Angel was employed by Arizona Public Service for 33 years as the manager of the Pole Yard. He was an Arizona Veteran of WWII and Past District Commander and life member of the American Legion. Arrangements were made by Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 33187, Phoenix, Arizona 85067.
