The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona April 17, 2003 George R. Casterlin, 72, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away April 16, 2003. Born in Poughkeepsie, New York he was a naval officer in the Korean war. He had a 32-year career as a pilot with TWA airlines retiring as a Captain. Survivors include his wife Gloria; sons Scott & Jay and five nieces & nephews. Private services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Messinger Indian School Mortuary, Scottsdale, AZ.
