Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona July 23, 1987, page 2 Graveside services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Congress Cemetery for Catherine Frances Carter. Mrs. Carter, 58, died July 16 in Sun City. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Yates Carter. She was employed by Hercules Powder Inc. at Port Eden, N.Y., moving to Congress in 1980. She worked two years in Congress as a rural mail carrier for Clark Ashby, and was later employed for a year-and-a-half at the Congress Senior Center. Survivors include two sons, George L. Williams of Ulster, N.Y. and Richard B. Williams of Ulster Park. N.Y.; a daughter, Mary Ann Williams of Congress; five brothers and four sister; and three grandchildren. Memorial services for the family will be conducted in August in Kingston, N.Y.
