Wickenburg (AZ) Graphic Friday, June 3, 1932, p 5:2 Ash Fork Mr Joe Olivo spent the week-end with Mr Claude Carruthers, proprietor of the Stone Garage, left for El Paso, Texas, to attend the funeral of his mother, who died last Thursday. Mrs Carruthers accompanied her husband. They returned Sunday afternoon. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ El Paso (TX) Times Friday, May 27, 1932, p 2 El Paso Woman Dies in Flower Garden Funeral services for Mrs Emma Caruthers, 63, who died suddenly at the family residence, 3124 Douglas street, while working in her flower garden yesterday morning, will be held in the Kaster & Maxon chapel at 2pm today. Burial will be in Restlawn cemetery. Interment will be in Restlawn cemetery. Mrs Caruthers is survived by her husband, R L Caruthers, her daughter, Mrs J F Jackson, El Paso, and by four sons, T H and J R, both of Los Angeles; C E of Ashford (sic), Ariz, and Frank, of Williams, Ariz.
