Helen Crowder Ritter, 91, of Prescott, Ariz., born May 5, 1919, in Pennington Gap, Va., passed away Dec. 18, 2010. 

A celebration of life will be at a later date. A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
