CECIL, Dorcas N. "Dodi" Dorcas "Dodi" N. Cecil, age 45, of Phoenix, passed away February 12th, 2003. She was born to Thurman & Georgia Perish on April 13, 1957. Dodi touched the hearts of many and was loved by all. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Michael Cecil; Daughter Katie; Son Kevin, and his wife Shae & Granddaughter Rylee. Services were held at Chandler Community Church of God, 683 N. Alma School Rd. Arrangements handled by Valley Of The Sun Mortuary. Published in the Arizona Republic on 2/14/2003.
