Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ Sunday, December 19, 2010 Myrland Shute On Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010, Jesus came to take Myrland to his heavenly home at the age of 69. Myrland moved from California to Chloride in 1980, and from there he moved to Golden Valley, to what he called his little house on the prairie. Myrland worked in many areas from gunsmith, law enforcement to casino worker in the Laughlin area. Myrland liked to sing and he played the guitar until he became ill. His wife, Carolyn, preceded Myrland in death in 2006. Myrland is survived by a brother, Erv Shute (sister-in-law, Carol Shute), as well as by three nephews, Frank, Ed and Ken. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Raymond Harvey (wife Martha), Rosemarie Kruschinsky (husband James), and Andrew Harvey (wife Melissa). Myrland leaves behind seven grandchildren, Andrew, Kristain, Joshua, Nicole, Andrew, Atalie and Elyssa. A private service will be held for family. Sutton Memorial Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Myrl, we love you and we will miss you ever so much. Rest in peace our father and our friend.
