Dorothy "Dottie" Nelson, born Nov. 1, 1940, went to the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010. 

Dottie came to Kingman in 1967 where she lived until 1970, then moved to Golden Valley. She began working for Kingman Health Care Center in 1974 and retired in 1994.

She is survived by her three children, Kathy Taylor of Golden Valley, Charles Nelson of Phoenix and David Nelson of Golden Valley. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
