JOWELL, Charlie Mae

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, December 25, 2010 Charlie Mae Jowell passed away Dec. 21, 2010, in Prescott, Ariz., at the Hospice Family Care Center. She was born Oct. 15, 1927, in Tulia, Texas, to Charles and Rudy Byrnes. She married William B. Jowell in 1945 and had three sons, Larry, William Jr. and Steve. The family moved to Arizona in 1951. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Dell; brothers Stan, Paul and Ray; her husband William Sr.; and son William Jr. She is survived by two sons, Larry and Steve Jowell; six grandchildren, Julie, Bruce, Lisa, Mallie, Michelle and Mark; and nine great-grandchildren, Laurie, Mark, Louis, Michael, Tracy, Ryan, Mikayla, Scarlett and Zack. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Sunrise Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Burial to follow at Oddfellows Cemetery in Prescott, Ariz.
