CADDO, Violet

Violet Caddo went home to be with the Lord April 19, 2008, in Show Low. She was born Nov. 23, 1927, in Cibecue.

Violet is survived by her husband, Tom Caddo Sr.; children Hazel Caddo, Richard Caddo Sr., Dollie Grant and Beverly Townsend; goddaughters Becky Thompson, Valerie Lupe and Wendy Ruiz; sister Pauline Beach; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends.

Violet's body was taken back to her residence at 505 N. Cromwell St. in Cibecue for a two-night wake that started Thursday, April 24, at 10 a.m. A home service will be held Saturday, April 26, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Jack Townsend officiating. Interment will be at the Family Plot Cemetery in Cibecue.

Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
