LUTES, Vera Ann

Vera Ann Lutes, 69, a homemaker, died May 9, 1986, at Humana Hospital Phoenix.  

Mrs. Lutes, of Phoenix, was born in Whyside, Nebraska, and moved to Arizona 29 years ago from Massachusetts.  

Survivors include daughters, Donna Vails and Doris Bacon; a brother; and three grandchildren.
