Florence Ann "Ann" Cooper, age 75, a 31-year resident of Fort Mohave, Ariz. passed away at her home in Fort Mohave, on Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010.
Ann was born January 18, 1936 in Buzzardtown, Penn., to Daniel and Elizabeth Frick. She married Leon Cooper in 1952, and in 1979, they moved with their five children from California, to their present home.
She volunteered several years at St. Vincent de Paul in their Thrift Shop, and was a founding member of the Pulmonary Support Group, aiding many and was an inspiration to all.
Ann was known for her warm giving spirit, quick to make friends and quick to laugh.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Leon Bayard and William Daniel Cooper.
Ann is survived by her husband, Leon; two sons Jay Charles of Humboldt, Calif. and Roy of Victorville, Calif.; daughter, Renee Ann Cooper of Bullhead City; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many loving friends.
A Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2010, at Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Road, Bullhead City. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m.
