Lalone Cluff Farnsworth, age 99, of Prescott, Ariz., formerly of Chino Valley, Ariz., passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve at Mountain View Manor in Prescott. She was the beloved wife of the late Steven Farnsworth, with whom she had shared 52 years of marriage.
Born on Oct. 8, 1911, in Chihuahua, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Ellen (Carling) Cluff.
Lalone was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, drawing and genealogy, and had been a resident of Arizona for over 60 years.
She is survived by her three children, Norman Farnsworth of Bagdad, Edwin Farnsworth of Glendale and Patsy Farnsworth Price of Fish Haven, Idaho; her brother Jack Cluff; and five generations of grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to Lalone's viewing at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, and to her funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Willow Creek Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1101 Sandretto Drive, Prescott, Ariz., with Bishop Brent Mangum officiating. Burial to take place on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at 1 p.m. in Green Acres Cemetery, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Ariz.
