MURDOCK, Christopher

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, December 28, 2010 Mayer has lost another Wildcat. Christopher Murdock, 37, born on Flag Day, June 14, 1973, left us on Dec. 5, 2010. He was living in Beaverton, Ore., after working for many years in the Yavapai County area with his father in the family business. Chris was a student in the Mayer School District, beginning in kindergarten with Mr. Reid and a great group of kids, many of whom were together all 13 years of their schooling. He was a graduate of Mayer High School in 1991. He will be sorely missed by all those who loved him. We have lost a sweet, kind and loving friend, husband, grandson, nephew and son. We hope he is in a better place - perhaps discussing "Star Trek" with his most favorite teacher, Mr. Baker. If some of his friends would like to commemorate his life, a small donation to the Mayer Schools in his memory would be appreciated.
