Mary Montijo Skoglie passed away June 13, 2010, in Bouse, Ariz. She was born Nov. 8, 1931, in San Jose, Calif. Mary was a native of Bouse, Ariz. She retired in 1998 after 24 years of service with the Bouse Elementary School Cafeteria.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddy Skoglie; parents Marcella and Raymond Montijo Sr.; brother Ray Montijo Jr; and great-grandson Christian Reed.
She is survived by her children, Cathy (Myron) Reed of Spring Creek, Nev.; Pete (Sandy) Albright, of Kingman, Ariz,; and Rick (Debbie) Skoglie of Lakewood, Calif.; her grandchildren, Terry Lynn Reed, Brandon Lee Reed, Stacey Albright Nelson, Brooke Albright, Nickolas Skoglie, and Gabe Skoglie; and her great-grandchildren, Jaimee Reed, Tyler Reed, Haily Reed, Mayta Nelson, and Roman Nelson.
She is also survived by her brothers, Danny Montijo Sr. of Parker, Ariz.; Adolfo (Minnie) Montijo, of Hacienda Heights, Calif.; and Armando (Cheryl) Montijo of Salome, Ariz.
She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. There are no services planned at this time.
