Tolles, 66, of Dewey, Ariz., born June 19, 1941, in Michigan Center, Mich., passed away Sept. 17, 2008, at Hospice Family Care in Prescott, Ariz. The family will have private services. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Scholarship Fund Prescott House Extended Treatment for Men, 214 N. Arizona Ave., Prescott, Ariz., 86301.
