CHILDERS, David L.

In loving memory of David L. Childers, he was born on August 31 1956 in Ypsilanti, Michigan and passed away on January 17, 2004. 

David was a proud graduate of the University of Michigan. A resident of Phoenix for over 15 years, David worked as a Pharmacist. 

He is survived by his 2 brothers; James Childers and Charles Childers and his sister; Jolene Tomlinson. 

Visitation was on Thursday January 22, 2004 at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ. Funeral Services were held the following day, Friday January 23, 2004 at the Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Chapel 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ.
