PARDI, Robert G.


Robert G. Pardi, 84, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 19, 2004 in Phoenix. Robert, a retired police officer, was born November 23, 1919 in Sacramento, California. He served in the Army Air Corps during WW II and later retired from the Sacramento Police force with 32 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Frances; a son, Joseph (Melanie) Pardi of Edmund, OK; 2 step-sons, Joseph (Martha) & Gary (Judy) Gala both of the Phoenix area; a sister, Mickey (Frank) Sanchez and a brother, William, all of Sacramento. Also surviving are 2 grandsons, Adam & Josh Pardi; 3 step-grandchildren, Adam, Sarah & Amanda Gala and 2 step-great grandchildren, Alexander & Julian Gala. Military graveside rites were Friday, January 23, 2004, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix. Memorial contributions may be made in Robert's name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Tempe Mortuary handled arrangements.
