3 February 1930 - 18 January 2004 Frank M. Soto, 73, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2004. He resided in Gilbert, Arizona. A visitation was held on Friday, January 23, 2004 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 5445 E. Calle San Angelo, in Guadalupe, AZ with a Rosary. Funeral Services were held Saturday, January 24, 2004 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Mr. Soto was a Native of Arizona and was Owner and Operator of Soto's Mission Market for 32 years. He is survived by his wife, Isabel; four children: Christina, David, Steve, Betty; 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son Frank Jr. Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements. Published in the Arizona Republic from 1/22/2004 - 1/24/2004.
