GOODAY, Burdette


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ December 31, 2010 Burdette Gooday has completed his journey here on Earth and gone home to be with the Lord. Burdette was born May 16, 1962, in Cibecue and entered into rest to Heaven above Dec. 24, 2010, in Cibecue. Loved ones he left behind include his sister Phoebe G. Lawson; nephews: Nathan Gooday, Richard Gooday, Alonzo Gooday, Aaron Gooday, Noland Potter; nieces: Stephanie Lupe, Renada Gooday; and many relatives and friends. Burdette's body will be brought back to his residence at 200 E Hollywood Hill in Cibecue for a two-night wake Monday, Jan. 3, 2011 at 10 a.m. Home services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the family residence in Cibecue. He will be laid to rest at the Red Mountain Ridge Cemetery in Cibecue. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
