TOMERLIN, Troy

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona October 19, 2007 Troy Tomerlin, age 44, born Dec. 14, 1962, in Cottonwood, Ariz., passed away Oct. 7, 2007. Troy is survived by his parents, Frank and Sharon Tomerlin; sister, Frankie Tomerlin; niece and nephew, Chantel and Dan Downey; and great-nephew, Levi Downey. Troy touched many lives, so there are many people that are considered family who are not mentioned. Troy loved children and was very much a part of raising money for the children at St. Jude's Children's Hospital. He was also involved with the Cattleman's Association and the Lonesome Valley Sheriff's Posse. A Celebration of Life get together will be from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at the American Legion Post # 78 in Humboldt, Ariz. The family has requested that no floweres be sent. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Troy's memory.
