OKERSON, Irene Geneva

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, October 27, 2007 Irene Geneva Oskerson, 83, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 23, 2007. She was born Oct. 3, 1924 in Gratiot County, Mich. She resided in Prescott, Ariz., and attended Prescott Free Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; son, David; grandson, Ronald and great-grandson, Richard. Irene is survived by two sisters, Dorothy and Virginia; two brothers, Norman and Leo; two daughters, Karen and Katharine; two sons, Allen and Terry; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. at the Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery, 200 West Beardsley Road in Phoenix. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Irene will be missed by her family and friends and will be in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Prescott Free Methodist Church. Informatio provided by survivors.
