HOEKSTRA, Minnie

Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, September 21, 2008 Minnie Hoekstra, one of God’s precious saints, was lifted to heaven on the rays of a beautiful Prescott, Ariz., mountain sunrise on Sept. 16, 2008. She was born in Ellsworths, Mich., on April 18, 1915. She leaves behind her only child Christian James (Dutch) Hoekstra; a granddaughter, Christine; two sisters, Clara and Hattie; a brother, Fred; and many other dear relatives and friends. A celebration of life is planned for 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, at the home of her son Chris. Information provided by survivors.
