Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 3, 1987, page 2-A Funeral services for Ted C. Brown, 86, were Saturday at the Brown family cemetery on the Brown Ranch near Salome. Mr. Brown, 76, of Prescott and Salome, died Aug. 26 at his home in Prescott. He was born Sept. 17, 1910 in Plemens, Texas, to F.J. and Susie Knight Brown. He moved to Arizona as a boy in 1917, and was a retired Standard Oil Co. distributor. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Barbara M. Brown; a daughter, Virginia Lee Harwins of Cape Girardeau, Mo. a son, Ernest T. Brown of Salome and Prescott; two sisters, Annie Campbell of Salome and Nell Simcox of Wickenburg; two brothers, Hayden and Arthur Brown, both of Salome; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
