Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 17, 1987, page 2-A Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Aguila Community Center for Phyllis Jean Bowers, 57, who died Sept. 14 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Pastor Paul Davis will officiate. Mrs. Bowers was born in Plymouth, Ind., on May 25, 1930. She had lived in Aguila for the past 18 years. She had been employed at Johnson’s Department Store in Wickenburg for the past three years. Survivors include her husband, Woodrow Roy Bowers, of Aguila; two sons, Roy Bowers of Forrest City, Ark., and Ricky Bowers of Kansas City, Kan.; two daughters, Rhonda Bowers and Terry Bowers, both of Kansas City, Kan.; and 11 grandchildren. The family asks that contributions be made to the Aguila Mission Church.
