Services are scheduled today at 3 p.m. in the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Floyd Wayne Gyger, 81, who died Nov. 30 in Wickenburg.
Rev. Albert Cantrell will officiate, with burial to follow at the Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale.
Mr. Gyger was born Feb. 14, 1906 in Elk City, Okla.
He had lived in Wickenburg for 45 years, and more than 62 years in Arizona.
He was a retired pharmacist who worked 38 years in Glendale and Wickenburg, retiring in 1972.
Mr. Gyger moved to Arizona in 1925 from Liberal, Kan.
He married Arlene Prall in 1927. The couple recently observed their 60th wedding anniversary.
He was a member of the Wickenburg Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Arlene Gyger, of Wickenburg; a son Bill; three brothers, Alvin, Fred and Glen; three sisters, Lucille McLain, Odell Smith and Olene Comer; five grandchildren, Debra, Mark, April, Sandy and Shirley; and six great-grandchildren, Tasha, Brandon, Sarah, Jesse, Kim and Chris.
