Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Published Wednesday, November 28, 2007 - Phyllis Margaret Kraus, 86, passed away Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007 in Lake Havasu City. She was born July 23, 1921, in Canton, Ohio, to Henry and Kathleen (Klefenstein) Cheveraux. Phyllis was a homemaker and housewife most of her life. She moved to Lake Havasu City four years ago from Cathedral City, Calif., moving in with her son Robert and his wife Ginger. Phyllis loved to dance, loved to listen to the music of the 40's and was faithfully devoted to her family, always giving to her children and grandchildren who will miss her dearly. Phyllis is survived by her son, Robert Martin, of Lake Havasu City; daughter, Linda Cunningham, of Las Vegas, Nev.; sisters, Betty North, of Phoenix and Dorothy McKim, of Canton, Ohio; brother, Raymond Cheveraux, of Phoenix; grandchildren, Michael Martin, John Martin, Jason Martin, April Cunningham and Chris Cunningham and great grandsons, Justin Martin and Jason Martin Jr. Visitation will be at Lietz Chapel on Today at 1 p.m. with Scripture Service following at 2 p.m. with Deacon Gilbert Lopez offering words of comfort.
