Oregonian, The (Portland, OR) May 11, 1994 GEORGE FREDERICK JOHNSON A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. May 12, 1994, at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Wilsonville. Mr. Johnson died May 6, 1994, of heart disease in Sun City, Ariz. He was 79. He was born Aug. 4, 1914, in Eagle Grove, Iowa. He was manager of Acacia Mutual Life Insurance in Portland. He retired in 1985 and moved to Arizona. He was a member of Willowbrook United Methodist Church in Sun City and a past president of International Life Insurance General Agents and Managers Association of the northwest area. He also was past president of Portland Life Managers Association. Surviving are wife, Eileen; daughter, Judy Dunahugh of Portland; sons, George F. ''Jeff'' Jr. and James L., both of Portland; and three grandchildren. Private entombment will be in Portland Memorial Mausoleum. Remembrances: Favorite charity or Medical Research Foundation of Oregon.
