MYERS, Larry

Mason City Globe Gazette, Iowa November 16, 2006 Larry Myers died Tuesday (Nov. 14, 2006) in Sun City West, Arizona. Larry was born Feb. 15, 1934, to Kenneth and Nellie Myers, of Alexander, Iowa. He graduated from Alexander School in 1951. Larry served in the United States Marine Corps at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon, and continued to live overseas in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Turkey for many years before retiring in Sun City West, Ariz. Larry is survived by his wife, Mary Beth, of the home; his son, Steve and wife, Rhonda; and grandson, Alexander; his daughter, Tanya Myers; and four brothers, Lon, Kae, Glen and Kent and their families. Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel, Sun City West, Ariz.
