Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona January 7, 1988, page 2-A Services were conducted in mid-December at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Phoenix for Jesse Cortez Ocampo, 75, of Wickenburg, who died Dec. 14 in Phoenix. Burial was in St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix. Mrs. Ocampo was born Jan. 29, 1912 in Phoenix. She was a lifelong resident of Arizona. Her and her husband danced over the years at the Wise Owl Center and at the Community Building in Wickenburg. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Richard Leyvas of San Diego, Calif., and Bobby Leyvas of Phoenix; two daughter, Annie Juerta and Molly Gonzales, both of Phoenix; a brother, Joe Cortez of Phoenix; four sister, Minnie Rodriguez of Los Angeles, Mary Ramirez of Los Angeles, Julia Cortez of Santa Paula, Calif., and Mercy Godenas of Phoenix; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
